Travelling to Guideacres by air

Visitors coming to Flight '02 by air have several options open to them : our nearest airport is Humberside Airport which has regular scheduled flights connecting with mainland Europe by way of Schipol Airport, Amsterdam (six flight per day in each direction.) The flight time is less than an hour and a half - we are nearer to Holland than we are to London - and Schipol in turn is a major international airport with connections world-wide.

Our nearest International Airport is Manchester which has easy road and rail connections to Hull, by road via the M62 motorway (under 2 hours) and by rail by direct trains. Manchester Airport has scheduled flights to and from over 80 destinations world-wide so you are likely to find a convenient start point for your journey.

The London Airports (Heathrow, Gatwick and Stanstead) are further from Hull but still have good road and rail access, travelling time is anywhere between three and five hours depending on time of day and road / rail conditions, traffic etc.

Air travellers arriving at either Manchester or the London Airports are advised to continue their journey to Hull by train or bus (which is cheaper and not necessarily much slower) and arrangements can be made to collect them from Hull to complete the last leg of the journey to Guideacres.
